• Compatibility: Wireless charger suitable for compatible phones only (check your phone's specifications).
• Positioning: Place the phone on the charging sign (for iPhones, place the Apple logo on the charging sign).
• Fast charging: This may cause your phone to heat up when plugged in. Making use of an adaptor with a high amperage and voltage rating is recommended to reduce overheating.

Cleaning Instructions: 

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
• Protect surface from heat, sharp objects and prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Blot spills immediately to avoid water stains.
• Indoor use only.

Delivery Times:
Our orders are shipped withing 1 Business Day! HAUS online deliveries take between 2 to 4 working days, between 8am and 5pm for main centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) and up to 7 working days for regional and remote areas.

Delivery Costs:
Standard delivery is free for all orders totally R1500 or more across South Africa.
All other orders carry a flat rate delivery charge of R150.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a reason unrelated to a quality problem, you may return it - these products will only be considered for refund or exchange if unused and undamaged and in their original condition. These products will not be considered for return, refund or exchange after 30 days from date of invoice.
